A new collaboration between Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology and India’s Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology aims to enhance teaching and research capabilities between the two organisations.

International student numbers at Toi Ohomai in Rotorua is expected to increase by 30 per cent on last year. 

International students were officially welcomed to Rotorua by Mayor Tania Tapsell - the first welcome since 2019.
