Waipā Campus
Waipā Campus – TITC (Timber Industry Training Centre) is our dedicated training facility operating a wood manufacturing plant. It’s a five minute drive from Mokoia Campus.
Waipā Campus is well known in the forestry and timber industries, having provided training in wood processing for many years.
The Campus is also home to a range of primary industries courses; agriculture, apiculture, horticulture, forestry, conservation operations, and animal care.
Our horticulture students cultivate their green thumbs in the on-site vegetable gardens and tunnel house. Agriculture students learn practical fencing, chainsaw skills and use the purpose-built all-terrain vehicle (ATV) course. Conservation students learn a range of skills on site and completing project work. Animal Care students work with a range of animals housed on site.
