I’ve been with Toi Ohomai since 2005 and have held several roles both practical and academic. These include dive training, scientific diving and skippering our boats.
I also teach on a number of courses, marine science and ecology, conservation biology and sustainability, sub-tidal surveying, coral reef ecology, aquaculture and environmental reporting.
I completed the Diploma in Marine Studies through Toi Ohomai in 2004 and enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to leave.
I’m interested in a variety of research projects some including subtidal surveying, coral health, microalgae culture and development of sustainable feeds to aquaculture.
