CONS5508: Estimation

The aim of this course is to develop the knowledge and skills to estimate costs for inclusion in tenders for medium and large building projects.

The learning outcomes for this course are:

Learning outcome 1: Interpret a schedule of quantities for use in a tender submission for medium and large building projects

Learning outcome 2: Compile unit rates, overheads, profit and on-cost items for medium and large building projects

Learning outcome 3: Review and compile tender information for submission for medium and large building projects
