If a student’s application for accommodation is accepted, the student will be required to sign a Student Accommodation Agreement and House Rules, and make payment of $950 to secure the room (being $760 bond and $190 first weeks rent in advance). The Student Accommodation Agreement and House Rules explain how to raise concerns and complaints; what happens to the bond; student conduct; visitors; health and safety information; student support information; parking information; how to terminate your tenancy; and a list of other important and useful information relating to the Windermere houses.
