Peter Bulfield was a dedicated and long-serving business administration and management tutor at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology’s legacy institution, Bay of Plenty Polytechnic. Peter passed away suddenly in 1994 and Toi Ohomai continues to award these scholarships in his memory. Colleagues remember Peter as “very kind, very compassionate, and someone who believed all students had the potential to achieve.”
